We want everyone to be able to find information and request service on this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, screen magnification or other assistive technology.
What we aim for
This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. It is built with:
- meaningful headings, landmarks and link text, and one main heading per page;
- full keyboard access, a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link;
- text alternatives for images that carry meaning;
- color contrast that meets AA, and layouts that reflow at 320 pixels wide and at 200% text size;
- respect for your device's reduced-motion and high-contrast settings.
Every page type is checked with automated accessibility tests on every change, and the site has been reviewed by hand with a keyboard at desktop and mobile sizes.
Known limitations
- The service request form is provided by Jobber, a third party. We choose its settings but do not control its code. If the form does not work for you, call or email us and we will take your request directly.
- The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps. The address and a directions link are always available as plain text next to it.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this website is hard to use, please tell us which page and what happened. We will help you get the information or service you need and work to fix the problem.
